Bought the chill lunch box after enjoying the original one that was given as a gift. When the original started to leak, I called customer service and they agreed to replace it with another chill box since we liked it so much! The chill lunch box is sleek and colors are vibrant. It's great that it can be used with or without the ice pack

Our kids love these lunch boxes. It’s the perfect size for packing lunch or snacks for school and also to take in the car on road trips. I love the size of the different compartments. Originally I received a lunchbox that didn’t latch very securely, but customer support was highly responsive and quickly worked with me to replace it. Highly recommend both the lunch box and the company.

This lunch box is very difficult to clean.the lid has mold and I have tried bleach and many soaps and scrubbed throughly. It will not go away. Keep in mind we thoroughly wash it as soon as it comes home from school and the mold appeared while being stored for vacation.

My children love it. Theyre proud of their bento box because it is the cutest among their friends

The clasp is not tight enough and often comes out.

Great lunchbox. Good amount space, easy to open, doesn’t leak. Very happy

Great product. Great size. Very handy. Keeps food fresh and easy to carry—

Love that this has a built in ice pack built in!!!

It is smaller than you think. Thought it would be more lunch box sized.

Love these boxes for my kids lunch! Keeps everything separate and fresh
