I have been using these Bentgo Chill Lunch Boxes for three years now. And love everything about them. Stay cold for long periods, easy for picky eaters to not get food touching, Great for babies as well as toddler, the list goes on and on as to why I like these. Recently, one of our 7 Bentgo Lunchboxes broke and it was so easy to get replaced. Simply called the costomer service, they looked up my email address and found my order, they send me an email where I attached a picture, then the replacement will come in mail. So easy! Thank you Bentgo. I can't wait to continue to use your products.

We simply love this snack box, we use it all the time, and it’s the perfect size for our toddler. I love that it doesn’t leak and that I can put chips and dip in there and they won’t mix and cause the chips to become soggy. We use it all the time and just can’t get enough of it

I am a little shocked by the mixed reviews, I have only had this a month and impressed with the quality and functionality, there is nothing else out there like this. This product eliminates all the bulk of having to carry an icepack + cooler bag which is huge for me! My toddler is an amazing eater so I throw this in her diaper bag anytime we head out of the house and will use it when she starts preschool as well. I bought a set of these and additional trays with covers so I can prep multiple meals at a time for her. It is compact, yet fits an incredible quantity of food. I hope they come out with additional sizes of the 'chill' products. I would love an even smaller bento snack size as well. I have told all my friends about this and they love them too!

We love our bentgo chill's. It's so nice to have an ice pack as part of the unit. This fits in my kids lunchboxes with a thermos. It's the perfect size for a smaller kids full lunch, or a bigger kids cold sides with a hot thermos lunch. We have 3 and I use multiple times a week. Well made and easy for kids to open themselves.

We use these everyday for lunch. The kids love that they have a different food in each section which doesn’t mix and stays cool. The kids all take lunch at different hours and they all say their lunch stays cool for the day! Very happy with this product!

Love the bentogo box. Purchased 3 different kinds of bentgo lunch boxes. After using few months chilled lunch box hinge broke off. Contacted the customer service and they wants by their product offered me a replacement. Love their sectional in lunch box which encourages to add variety food. You should try too!

We got one of these as a gift and we’re very excited. I love the prospect of having the built-in ice pack. However, we have had some issues with this leaking. We are going to give it another try since all of our other Bentgo products have been fabulous. I will update with the results!

As a mother of 2 who needs to prepare lunches and snacks every day, bentgo snack boxes are by far my favorite! (and i have tried sooo many other brands) ! i am always showing off to friends how leak proof they are, and how easy it is for kids to open by themselves. out of bentgo products, this one is probably our favorite!

The Bentgo Chill lunchbox is the most amazing addition to your child’s lunch needs! The 4 compartments keep everything sealed away from each other. My daughter loves to pack tuna and make her own sandwich. The Built in ice pack keeps everything chilled, so I never have to worry about a spoiled lunch. It’s perfect for yogurts, and cottage cheese. The lunch box is a little on the heavier side, but my daughter is 5 and in PreK and handles it just fine! You can take it on its own or put it in a lunch pale! No longer any waste with plastic bags or individual packed snacks! So great for the environment. Home made lunchable!

A number of people have said this is too small for 5-7 year old. It is not. Compared to other expensive boxes this has more depth and great compartment sizing. I really can't imagine my 6 year old eating more than what I can fit in this box. She isn't a small eater either. I'm uploading a photo with standard eggs in the main compartment for visual reference. The chill layer works very well, but in higher temps it will only last 3 hours before it goes warm. On the upside it sits under the tray, you don't need to bother with a bag and separated ice pack. And let's be honest if it can last 3 hours in hot temps the food will still be nice. Durability is great so far Only have had it for a few days now but on the first day my daughter dropped it from about meter up onto concrete. Didn't break and only a minor scratch Only complaint would be the weight. It's a bit heavy for an on the go box, but the weight is due to the cold tray and a really high quality build and materials. Perfect for a kids lunch box.
