I got one of these for each of my kids (ages 6 and 8) and it's so much easier to pack a lunch that they'll actually eat at school without having to put things in individual containers or ziplocks inside a lunchbox. Everything stays in place and looks yummy when they open it up at school. The optional ice pack is really handy for keeping fruits and veggies fresh on warmer days.

Wish I had just purchased another one of your regular boxes instead of the Chill. The weight difference is more substantial than I expected in my kid's backpack, and I think the sections are actually more useful in the regular box. (But we shall see - I haven't needed to use the ice pack yet so this may be a critical advantage sometimes!) But overall, absolutely in love with my Bentgo boxes -- they're the perfect size and really do a fantastic job keeping the sections from spilling into each other.

these are hands down the best lunch boxes. when packing my daughters lunches and snacks with our old containers, food always leaked into each other. the rubber one the lid prevents that perfectly. the ice pack with the chill box is a godsend for packing lunch when we’re not sure where we’re going to end up for the day. it’s nice that you can use the lunch box without it too because we don’t need to send to the sitters because she puts lunches right in her fridge. the snack container is perfect to have something to throw in your bag to take in the store for when the toddler get fussy. also super easy to clean. i have been eyeing up this set for awhile now and glad i finally purchased. wish i would have sooner though because i just love it that much.

I love my kids Bentgo Snack container! They use it for after school snack when we have errands or sports practice. But what they use it for most is in their lunch when they have a hot food container and need a separate container for cold food, space saver and better than having a bunch of individual containers.

This is the perfect lunch box for both kids (elementary and middle). It fits just enough food for them both, keeps it cool and is easy for them to manage. There’s nothing for them to clean up or containers to remember. My only regret is not buying this sooner!

Third day my kiddos have used both the lunch and snack box. First day the lunch leaked out raspberry juice all on the lunch bag. Second thing is I find it hard to put the tray back after removing the ice tray out.I also didn’t realize this lunch box doesn’t have a small section to add a sauce or in my case my kids like dipping their crackers in a salsa or cheese nowhere to put that in. I do love the snack box though. Saves me in buying zip locks over and over again.

These lunch boxes are amazing to pack lunches for my daughter. It makes it easy for my 4yo to open her own lunch. Not requiring a whole bunch of help from the teacher. Plus it gives great portion control for meals. These have made life easier packing lunches for my daughter.

First of all, this is so great for the days we are busy and my kids need snacks in the car. It’s also so awesome for sides when my son in first grade brings a thermos full of hot foods because it still fits in his lunchbox. We love bentgo! I would only say, if in the future you want to make another option with a small cold pack in it like the bigger boxes, that would be amazing too!

We love this chill lunch box. I think it’s good quality. I like that the tray can go in the dishwasher. I wish the whole thing could but I understand that would mess with the seal on the compartments. It held up an entire school year and we would have used it this year but we forgot it in the backpack on the last day of school. I will say that it is airtight because there was no smell until we found it and opened it up to all kinds of things growing in it. Sadly we threw that one away and got a replacement this year. No complaints - just don’t forget it in your kid’s backpack over the summer!

As much as I want to give this a 5/5 I can’t due to the fact that the tray had some warping on edge which has now affected the seal when it is closed. I have hand washed the tray after every use except for one time I put it on the top rack of the dishwasher like it says it can and that’s when the warping happened. But on a positive note, the ice pack insert is a game changer and I love the size of this tray, perfect for my 1.5 year old.
