We have had these for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. So easy to clean (dishwasher safe). It is easy to fit the right amount of snack along with a variety of snacks. It has saved a lot of waste with the right portions. We have used with dips and yogurts and it is leak proof. I do usually put dips in a small condiment container for easier clean up though. It fits right in there.

I have been using these Bentgo Chill Lunch Boxes for three years now. And love everything about them. On top of being high quality it even has a two-year warranty! It has two compartments that are perfect for snacks like fruit, veggies, and crackers. The compartments pull out making it easy to wash and maintain. The large compartment holds a cup, while the smaller does half a cup. The plastic feels thick and durable, allowing it to handle the rough and tumble life my 10-year old has! The box has a unique shape and color scheme. The latch feels secure and is easy for my son to open. Overall, the box design works perfectly for small hands. It’s a great way to pack healthy snacks, and it’s quick and convenient. I ordered this Bentgo box for my young daughter. And she loves it so much. She mostly loves that it’s pink haha. But I love how easy it is to clean and store. Also it is so nice that it has a rubber material around the entire box to protect it from drops which young children often do! As a preschooler the size is absolutely perfect for her. She enjoys eating out of it!

My kid’s are always misplacing ice packs so I love how the ice packs are built in. The portions are just the right size and everything stays cold until lunch time at school. We also love how easy it is to throw in the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty standard size i would say but the unique thing here is that you keep it cold using a tray inside the actual box so you dont need to pack any extra ice pack and it doesn't take up any extra room.

I did a ton of research and time spent into what would be the best fit for my kiddos wants and needs and I absolutely love this product and my kiddos love using it! Peace of mind knowing items stay cold that need to as well! Very easy to take apart and clean! I would recommend hand washing the exterior case and I have no complaints about actually hand washing all 3 of my kiddos! I did buy the 2 pack for each kid so I’m ready to go and prepared for the next day to make life a bit easier! Enjoy! Great product!:)

We have used Bentgo boxes for years and were excited this year to find the Bentgo Kids Chill Lunch Box with the ice pack part of the box itself. Our son uses it everyday for school and we hand wash it every day. Unfortunately the rubber seals have been developing mold and no matter how much I try to clean them I can not make them go away. I’ve tried Dawn, I’ve tried white vinegar. I’ve tried soaking it in a mixture of the two and despite our best efforts the mold is starting to spread more and I don’t feel comfortable using this anymore. I am very disappointed because we loved this product and it was perfect for our son’s school lunches and we followed the cleaning instructions and still had issues with mold.

I purchased the chill lunch box about a year ago from my toddler. He uses it daily at daycare and it has been great! He likes that he can open it himself and each food has its own spot. The freezer pack is perfect to keep his lunch cold because the daycare doesn’t refrigerate lunches for the kids. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought the Bentgo Chill box for my preschooler. We used it a few times with the inner ice pack on some outings and picnics, and the food inside did NOT stay chilled. The ice pack is a thin piece of plastic that you freeze, not a true ice pack. I also found that it was impossible for my 3 year old to close with the ice pack inside. So we have been using it without the inner ice pack for school and I put a real ice pack in his lunch box on top of the bentgo box. I must say though, I do like the set up of this bentgo box better than the other (non chill) kids bentgo box. It holds plenty of food for my 3 year old for lunch (although we pack a separate morning snack). For older kids, you might want to find something larger. He has been able to close the box without the icepack on his own after some practice at home. I would recommend putting the bentgo box inside a soft lunch box because there have been a few occasions that he did not snap it close completely, and some food or liquid did spill out. Putting in another soft lunch box protected his backpack and stuff from getting covered in food. I recommend this box if you can find a good deal. But I would not purchase it just for the "chill" aspect, because you will be disappointed.
