I liked it but sometimes the inside container got stuck to the lid and made it where it was hard to open.

Pretty disappointed in the product — it only stays cool for about an hour. Hard to take apart, and the ice tray always gets stuck.

These bentgo boxes are so much fun with all the color options it brings. Ice pack insert is simply amazing - you can use it or remove it as you wish . Added bonus, the small snack box when going on quick outings.

We love this lunchbox! We also have the regular kids’ lunchbox and find this one to be easier for our 3-year-old to open independently, which is a plus at preschool mealtime. We also like the bigger compartments of this box! The only very minor downside we’ve found is that the built-in ice pack makes the box sweat a bit but it’s a small price to pay to eliminate the need for an extra ice pack.

We like the bigger compartments than the other models. Harder to put the pieces together and close the lid though. Hand washing every time takes more time than putting in the dishwasher. Otherwise it’s a great product. Could Bentgo put a lunchbox menu list/cookbook for adults and children? Their promotional photos look so appetizing!
