Hello Lilly, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the Bentgo Chill Max Lunch Box feels too heavy and that the latch is difficult to close. We want to make sure you have a lunch box that is easy and comfortable to use. If you are looking for a lighter, more manageable option, we recommend checking out the standard Bentgo Kids Chill Lunch Box, which offers the same built-in cooling features in a more compact size. Please reach out to our customer support team directly at support@bentgo.com or by phone at 657-275-3738 so we can look into this issue and help find the best solution for you. All Bentgo products are backed by our warranty, and we’d be happy to help troubleshoot the seal or explore a replacement if needed.
