Rich, smooth taste

This item used to be available in stores--I guess production has changed or who knows--why doesn't anyone know why?!? Just changed from one day to the next--I don't think so. A decision was made and no one cares to communicate it or share with managers when asked. Would think u could do better in Customer Service!?

I love Folgers black silk coffee. It is very robust and great tasting. I have been buying K cups at about 3 to 4 times as much money as what I’m paying for this even after buying my reusable filters. I don’t mind washing the reusable filters and scooping in my own coffee for the difference in price that I pay. It’s a great bargain.
