We enjoy strong, yet smooth coffee and this is pretty good. We often get compliments and guests ask if we grind our own coffee. It is dark, strong and yet smooth without bitter. The larger container is cost efficient and is plenty for the family visits. I place mine in a large glass jar near the coffee machine. Definitely recommend if you enjoy a strong cup of coffee.

Folger’s Black Silk is my every day coffee. Purchasing through Sam’s Club is simply the best deal around. I get more procure for less money. Isn’t that the ultimate goal of shopping at Sam’s Club vs. other stores?!! The flavor is truly dark and delicious. I love every last drop of my daily drip.

This is the stuff I grew up with, bold and strong. It used to just be the "classic" or "regular" (I don't remember, I was a child) in the 80s and 90s. At least that's what my dad says. This is what coffee used to taste like, everywhere. At least in my memories.

I totally love my Black Silk Folgers Coffee. Rich , bold flavor. Sams is reasonably priced for this very large container. The very thought of knowing im going to have my Folgers Black Silk cup of joe helps me get out of the bed and moving every morning.

This is my favorite ground coffee. It is not bitter like some medium to dark roast coffees. It saves me time since it is already ground. I enjoy drinking it and love the smell of fresh brewed coffee. It has been hard to find lately but if it is in stock I try to buy two of them.

Its dark and smooth, no bitterness or bite, but also no depth to the flavor or scent. Lately it takes several days to get my orders from Sam's, so I ended up running out before it arrived. If its going to take awhile, be honest and don't lead customers to believe otherwise.

I love the coffee, and it is pretty consistent. The last batch we bought was a bit "oilier" than this order of four canisters. Also, due to how they were packaged, one had popped open and the seal broken, spilling a little coffee. But, we will continue buying it from Sam's for the foreseeable future.

Smoothest standard-brand coffee I've had. I drink too much coffee to afford the high-dollar "prestige" named coffees. The Black Silk is only nominally higher than regular Folgers, and when purchased in the 40 oz. bulk size container, it's even a little less expensive per ounce.

I've always enjoyed Folgers as a "good" coffee, but don't always buy it, as there is often another brand "on sale." . . but when I tried Folgers "Black Silk" I felt it was one I will continue to buy, even when it is NOT on sale!! This coffee comes close to the taste of "freshly ground" and it's dark earthy flavor is JUST what I look for in my morning coffee. This is the BEST coffee in it's price range, I have found!!

Great coffee at a great discounted price, but discount was not applied to my shop and go. I did contact Sam's and got an e-discount. If I hadn't checked my e-receipt, I would have been charged full price. Sam's need to make sure discounts are applied so we can continue to trust them!!
