Delivery service is terrible. We found our delivery in the middle of the yard. The delivery driver had to cross a ditch in about 2 foot of snow to place it next to our address sign in the middle of the yard. Very disappointed

We always buy the Black Silk! My wife and I always try to keep two on hand as it often is out of stock and we can’t find the large container anywhere else.

The coffee was supposed to arrive on february 3rd, Then changed to february 13th, then changed to february 15th and then Change to February 20th. I called and cancelled the order. I was offered a $15 gift card
