The coffee was supposed to arrive on february 3rd, Then changed to february 13th, then changed to february 15th and then Change to February 20th. I called and cancelled the order. I was offered a $15 gift card

Delivery service is terrible. We found our delivery in the middle of the yard. The delivery driver had to cross a ditch in about 2 foot of snow to place it next to our address sign in the middle of the yard. Very disappointed

Enjoyed this brand for years and then in 2023 and 2024 it declined in smell and taste. Different beans obviously. Worse, it doubled in price while it declined in taste which makes me think they are milking it until the word spreads enough. Stay away.
