Good fridge, functions well, looks nice. Biggest concern is the freezer drawer came off track and then bent the track within the first month of installation. In order to not scrape up our floors, we've had to pull the full fridge awkwardly out of it's normal location. Samsung is unwilling to assist despite their service department stating it was a faulty part on their end. Wouldn't purchase this again, that's for sure.

Great until it breaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beverage center with the auto refill pitcher is a great feature. Also the ice maker creates 2 different types of ice! Regular cubes and nugget ice! Quiet fridge and useful AI energy saving features when using the Smart Things app.
