Overall it works well I like how it is cooling and keeps food fresh but only minus I see is that it doesn't have sensor of detecting that ice cabin is full and do not need more it keeps produce ice cubes and you have to turn it off to stop it while you will use all ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator to replace a Samsung 4-door flex space Family hub fridge that died after 6 years. We got this new one on sale and the price was right. The beverage center is a great feature and the famoly likes having 2 types of ice. We love the more boxy, stream-lined look of this fridge. Having 4 full sized produce drawers was a must for me, as I do not care for refrigerators with the wide, but shallow drawer that is common on the bottom and this has what I wanted. All in all, it seems like a great fridge, but hoping that it lasts a little bit longer than the last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is beautiful. Opening with no handles takes a bit of getting used to, but it's fine assuming it's accessible for you. The beverage center is very very frequently used and beats the slow waterspout. Two sizes of ice is also very nice depending on what you feel like. Cooling is good and even. Finish is a really nice white with glass but obviously it is not magnetic, but the sides are magnetic! One complaint and probably the only issue is the auto filling water. Pitcher sometimes doesn't auto fill and takes some manual fiddling around to get it to start filling up again. This does happen pretty frequently maybe once every couple weeks.

It's a little slow at making ice but my family enjoys the 2 different sizes of ice it makes. It's annoying to have to move the refrigerator to shut off the water line in order to replace the water filter. But other than that it is an all around great refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator itself because of the ability to get things without opening the door (just the small compartment in the door). I also like the water pitcher; it detects very well when the ice bucket is empty and dispenses more ice immediately when is running low of ice. But the interior capacity is really lacking. You can't see what's in the back of the fridge; it doesn't feel like there's any space. It's impossible to reach things in the back when it's full.The interior space is not well distributed, it's very difficult to access to some specific spots inside. I think it needs a better distribution of space inside, and I'm not talking about capacity, but the ability to access those spaces. I also bought it specifically because it said that stainless steel wouldn't leave fingerprints on the door, and that's a complete lie! I'm very disappointed about that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from killer one door fridge and I ask killer one door fridge and I asked myself on a regular killer one door fridge and I ask myself on a regular basis we went so long without this upgrade. it really does feel like a luxury love the French doors of the height everything is that I level. I love the ice maker in the freezer and it's just so spacious . it hasn't given us any problems and it's been a year now. The self filling waterjug that sits in the door is also so amazing and we totally depend on that everyday. Definitely couldn't have another fridge that doesn't have at least all of these features

I bought this 6 months ago. Works well. Only complaint is about the ice. It doesn't produce fast enough. Just using it myself and it can't seem to keep up. It is nice having the 2 ice features, though. Daughter has the same one, but deeper and without the hidden door. With just the wife and I, I wanted the shallower one so things don't get buried in the back and doesn't stick out too far.

After I bought it they discontinued the color and now only have a few options available. I feel like it was a bait and switch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has great so far. Have been using this for about 2 years now. The only thing that I don't like is the filter change process, it's a little cumbersome. But overall, I'd recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the overall look of this fridge and that you can change panels for a different look if you choose. Sleek appearance. Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.
