We purchased this counter depth fridge to replace a standard depth unit in the kitchen but have found the Samsung Bespoke is actually easier to use and holds just as much. The finger print resistant surface is easy to clean and looks great.

great fridge, has enough room for 2 primary cooks in the home to house all their ingredients. the beverage center is amazing to hide it from external bacteria and still make it look sleek. the ice makers are amazing due to the 2 different types of ice and the room the freezer holds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for about a month now. We accidentally ordered the three door rather than the four door but this one is working out well. Love the water pitcher feature. I am not happy at all about the finger prints all over the top and bottom of the two refrigerator doors since we got the stainless steel.

Left a review last week and wanted to update it but Samsung seems to make that pretty difficult. Fridge was looked at by a repair tech and he determined it was unfixable. So we called Samsung support and holy cow has it been an experience. They wouldn’t send out a replacement unit and would only reimburse us. But the problem is they would only reimburse us for the fridge and not the panels lol. After fighting with support they finally decided to refund me for the entire cost but told me I would need to dispose of the fridge. So I bought a fridge from Samsung that didn’t make it 3 years. Had to fight for full reimbursement and was told I would need to pay someone to remove the pile of junk. It was after this experience I didn’t just decide to never buy a Samsung appliance again but I will now never own anything with Samsung on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the counter depth fridge. The fridge itself has so much more storage than we really need. The beverage center is awesome for both people who love flavored drinks and water. The pitcher is fast and convenient, the beverage center allows for a quick access to a good selection of drinks. The only downside is that if you have taller cans or bottles, they only fit in the middle shelf. The ice maker is convenient. I like that you don't need a separate ice maker to have plenty of ice for guests. The downside with the counter depth is the amount of freezer space you get. The shelves are shallow so be careful about not getting anything caught on the seal of the freezer. Overall we love the fridge. there's just some minor things about the door that we'd like to change. The door swing requires a lot of room. The door depth being the primary issue causing the fridge to have to protrude out or the side requiring more than a 2inch gap. also the Stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant unlike our other appliances... it shows really easily.

You can see inside all of the drawers and shelves, nothing is hidden (out of sight out of mind). The water / beverage center has been extremely convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t tell you how over the moon I am for this refrigerator!!! We bought the Bespoke counter depth. Not only is it functional, runs perfectly (except for a little issue with the pitcher not filling completely on occasion), it’s beautiful!!! I’m having so much fun ordering different color panels. I ordered it in stainless, bough the blue panels which is current on there and just recently received the orange one!! They are so easy to change and store in their boxes nicely anywhere. So excited to be able to change it up. The two sizes of ice is tenuous and we were provided with a scooper!! I’m so glad I don’t have water and ice on my door anymore. This us much more functional. The inside is plenty big enough fir a counter depth and you can actually see what’s in it. I can’t tell you how many items got buried at the back if my last full sized French door. I will always spout that this us the best fridge on the market today!!! Can’t wait to order my new Samsung Cooktop freestanding range!!! Thank you Samsung for making this beautiful appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Far So Good - honestly I love the space and the overall design of the new fridge, the only things I would change is the door opening scenario. I'm a bit afraid that the center pillar on the door will snap and that I can't access the drawers without opening both doors. I think it will take some time to get use to.
