[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on this Samsung Refrigerator after my 5-yr old fridge from another brand died. I’m really happy with it so far. It’s super sleek looking and I love the water/drink station. It’s nice and roomy and the dual ice is a nice feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for a month and we love it. The fridge layout fits our life so well. The quick access door, the shelf dimensions and the ice in the freezer. My only complaint is that the alarm is too loud but once it's left open by accident I will be thankful for it. Hoping it lasts us a long time like our previous Samsung fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these Bespoke refrigerators, one for each of my homes. The space inside is spectacular. I am able to purchase a week's worth of groceries and have plenty of storage room. My vegetables last longer due to the cooling drawers. There is plenty of room for large drink containers. The shelves are adjustable to accommodate any size you want. I have connected Alexa, and get a warning when someone is standing with the door open to long, or worse forget to close it. The dual ice trays are magnificent during hot weather.

I would give this refrigerator a five star review if it wasn't for the autofill pitcher. When it works it is great. However, the pitcher does not always refill and you have to wiggle the pitcher to get it to operate properly. Great concept. Not a well thought out design. Concerned this will become a warranty nightmare in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great appliance, with sizable capacity in both the upper refrigerator and lower freezer. One area for improvement is the lower crisper drawers: to open these, both upper doors have to be opened. We love the pitcher in the door for filtered water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great frig. Shelving is well thought out. The beverage center is used multiple times a day and great to have cold filter water readily available. Easy refills for dog bowls. The ice maker has to be reset about every couple of weeks on this refrigerator, but not hard to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently acquired the French door refrigerator from Samsung, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. One standout feature is Samsung's decision to relocate the ice machine from the door or inside the refrigerator to the freezer compartment, a move that not only optimizes storage space within the refrigerator but also enhances its reliability. After using it for a month and a half, I'm pleased to report that I haven't encountered any significant issues apart from a minor misalignment of the doors, which is a negligible inconvenience. Admittedly, in the realm of modern appliances, concerns about long-term reliability can arise due to factors like build quality and a lack of quality control. However, my optimism about this refrigerator's durability remains intact, especially considering the recommendations for this unit from a few maintenance technicians.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung refrigerator. I don’t know how they did it, but there’s so much space and I can see everything. I love the beverage center and auto fill pitcher. Not only is it super slick looking, but it’s efficient and a space saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wanted a large capacity fridge that had the bells and whistles that higher profile appliances had. Not only is 30 cu ft is very large but it has the beverage center that has a self fill pitcher and a single glass fill option, shelves dedicated to drinks that can be accessed via the 3rd door making it easier to access your drink w/o opening the entire side. The freezer does have the 2 types of ice sizes for your preference. It also has a very good size freezer drawers. All in all a very well made appliance and have been very happy overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the quality of the refrigerator is top notch for a family of 5 plenty of room for all groceries bought that I do once a month. freezer is great just wish it had some sort of divider to keep meats grouped up. As of now you pile it in and go fish for what you need lol if that's my biggest complaint this is definitely a must have.
