[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family can never get enough ice or water from the refrigerator and this new Samsung Bespoke with Beverage Center is the answer. Everyone loves the availability of cold water either from the dispensor or built in pitcher as well as TWO different sizes of ice available at all times!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great appliance, with sizable capacity in both the upper refrigerator and lower freezer. One area for improvement is the lower crisper drawers: to open these, both upper doors have to be opened. We love the pitcher in the door for filtered water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a refrigerator that worked with other Bisque color appliances. This is perfect in white and has wonderful features ( Glass doors, Beverage Center, Ice making features, French doors with bottom freezer and no handle doors) that make it an even better choice than I imagined. Friends have been very impressed.

I would give this refrigerator a five star review if it wasn't for the autofill pitcher. When it works it is great. However, the pitcher does not always refill and you have to wiggle the pitcher to get it to operate properly. Great concept. Not a well thought out design. Concerned this will become a warranty nightmare in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it, it is really spacious, great lighting inside and I like the compartments for vegetables and fruits. I like the beverage center as well. Just missed the handles or somewhere to grab in the middle, it just have top and bottom space to grab and it is kinda inconvinient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for a few months now and have really enjoyed it. I haven’t experienced anything bad with this refrigerator. The beverage door takes a little getting use to and I wish they included a handle for the top of the door not just the bottom to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bespoke 3-Door French Door refrigerator for about two weeks now, and I have to say—I’m extremely satisfied so far. First of all, the design is outstanding. It blends beautifully with the rest of my kitchen and instantly gives the space a more modern and luxurious feel. One of the biggest draws for me was the customizable door panels, which allowed me to choose a color combination that perfectly matches my home’s aesthetic. Every guest who’s visited since we installed it has commented on how beautiful the fridge looks—it's definitely a statement piece. Functionally, this fridge checks all the boxes. The three-door design is incredibly convenient, making it easy to organize groceries and access both the fridge and freezer compartments. The interior is spacious and well-lit, which helps with visibility and makes finding things simple. I’ve also noticed that produce stays fresher for longer, which speaks to the excellent cooling performance. Another big plus: it’s extremely quiet. Even though our kitchen is close to the living area, I barely notice any noise from the fridge—it runs very smoothly and silently, which makes a big difference in everyday comfort. Of course, I’ve only been using it for two weeks, so I’ll need more time to evaluate long-term reliability. But as of now, I’m thoroughly impressed and completely happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a refrigerator that combines style, functionality, and thoughtful design, I highly recommend the Bespoke 3-Door French Door model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. My wife is now looking at getting the matching wall oven and microwave. It is taking awhile to get use to not having exterior water and ice. However, we really like having a pitcher of cold water in a singe grab. I do wish that the beverage door had a latch at the top of the door. I am just over 6ft and have to bend over just a bit to get to the latch on the bottom of the door and that is not going to be good for my back. I also wish the shelving was a little more adjustable. At the end of the day we would by this line of refrigerators again, however my wife says she would get the one with the exterior FlexZon Drawer.

Left a review last week and wanted to update it but Samsung seems to make that pretty difficult. Fridge was looked at by a repair tech and he determined it was unfixable. So we called Samsung support and holy cow has it been an experience. They wouldn’t send out a replacement unit and would only reimburse us. But the problem is they would only reimburse us for the fridge and not the panels lol. After fighting with support they finally decided to refund me for the entire cost but told me I would need to dispose of the fridge. So I bought a fridge from Samsung that didn’t make it 3 years. Had to fight for full reimbursement and was told I would need to pay someone to remove the pile of junk. It was after this experience I didn’t just decide to never buy a Samsung appliance again but I will now never own anything with Samsung on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m just totally in love with this refrigerator.I constantly get compliments from people who visit my house as it’s always the first thing they notice when they come in my kitchen. I’m mainly love my refrigerator because it’s what makes me happy!
