[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator in September 2024 and I love it. I especially love the water picture in the door as I use it daily. The only thing I dislike is the popping noise it sometimes makes and I wish I could turn off one of the ice makers. I truly like how you can switch out the front panels to change colors to match your kitchen. It has storage for everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 3 Door Bespoke arrived in October. Delivery and installation was 5 star! They move our old frig to the garage and installed the new one all in under 30 minutes! The delivery team reviewed the features and tested everything before they left. They were polite and professional. Since then we followed the setup instructions for the app and the features and it has running perfectly. The beverage center in the door is great!!! We fill our water bottles in seconds with the auto fill pitcher and use the water dispenser for smaller items like filling glasses. The no handle look gives your kitchen a very updated look. The regular cube / mini-cube ice maker is also a nice feature. I like having the ice in the freezer drawer as you have great control of how much ice you need with the scoop and I don't have cubes going across the floor from getting it from the front of the door like our old one. Also the ice maker should be in the freezer area of a refrigerator for better reliability. It has been running great and there are some good promotions going in price and door panels so you can change the look of your Bespoke later on. The Samsung app that you can use with the frig is also another bonus with easy to use simple features. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

And the two different ice sizes is a life saver and something I didn’t know I needed. And being able to change the panel like phone cases is great 😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our 3-door bespoke refridgerator! The aesthetic design is what appealed to us at first sight, but the functions are exactly what we needed. The beverage section is hidden, yet such a clean and easy to use area. The ice box in the freezer makes 2 different ice sizes, and it comes with a little scooper. Hands down, we are definitely satisfied!

I would give this refrigerator a five star review if it wasn't for the autofill pitcher. When it works it is great. However, the pitcher does not always refill and you have to wiggle the pitcher to get it to operate properly. Great concept. Not a well thought out design. Concerned this will become a warranty nightmare in the future.

I like the beverage center and the clean look. It works fine for all other types of foods, but the crisper drawer for vegetables is useless. In this fridge greens rot twice as fast as out 20 year-old GE refrigerator. Why? The "Crisper+" and "Crisper" drawers have no way to adjust or allow for higher humidity. They're just drawers with some space on top; they have no airflow or humidity control like your old fridge. I'm having major buyer's remorse. (I found this after I bought it) if you search for "Vegetables going bad sooner in new Samsung refrigerator", you can find a full forum of people with the same problem. Samsung cut major corners. It's not worth the price. Don't do it!

The quick access door, the shelf dimensions and the ice in the freezer. My only complaint is that the alarm is too loud but once it's left open by accident I will be thankful for it. Hoping it lasts us a long time like our previous Samsung fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a true counter depth refrigerator. The absence of handles means every inch that I have goes to Colts base. The icemaker has a true on and off switch as opposed to the flimsy bar of other brands. The auto fill pitcher means I no longer have to deal with a Brita. Super happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a little less than a month ago. So far, I am loving it. There are a few design features that could improve. One is the need to open both doors when accessing the veggie and deli drawers opposite the beverage center. I do love the endless organizational possibilities and that I do not have to open the whle fridge to grab a quick snack Overall, I do love this refrigerator.
