this fridge will leak on you... just after the warranty, and samsung will not do anthing to support. they will pass you to a seperate company for original parts and they will inflate the prices on you! beautiful fridge... will notls on you! and do you self a favor and look at a brand more reliable and with better support that cares.

It was a great fridge, but I have been trying to get it fixed under the extended warranty, and the company that is supposed to fix it wants me to pay $400 and have someone come look at it, which I have to find. After I said I couldn't find a certified repairman, they wouldn't reply to me and have ignored me. Samsung is supposed to be reliable, and I also called them, and they said they can't do anything to help. Was stationed twice in Korea and have only Samsung products, but this is disappointing.

I was a bit concerned about prior reports about Samsung appliances but we love all our new appliances. My kids LOVE the water door and the dual ice cubes. Also would like to have the door about 4 inches shorter to make opening it eaiser. Ice maker is nice and quiet. Lots of room and nice trays.

I didn't think the drawer type freezer would be easy to use but to the contrary it stores a lot and is easy access. The crisper drawer ans ample shelving with easy to clean shelving is a huge plus!
