Does not turn off after 2 minutes. Gets clogged up after use and must be cleaned out .I thought I would like the round brush and hoped it would clean better.

Features are really bugs!

After experiencing issues using the app with the Genius X brush, I decided to try the IO Series 5. It’s worse in every way. The app is still awful. I can be brushing my lower left molars and it will think I’m brushing my top right molars. It’s ridiculous how inaccurate it is. So I deleted the app to focus just on the brush. That’s bad, too. The pressure sensor is wildly inaccurate and highly sensitive. It will say I’m brushing too light so I will slightly increase pressure and then it’s red. Like… what?! And because it has some sort of movement sensor, it’s constantly waking up when I don’t want it to. As such, the battery life is atrocious. I will be returning it. I do intend to buy another Oral B brush but only if I can find one that doesn’t have a movement sensor and has better battery life. I don’t see those details on this site, so maybe I won’t be buying one.

Better Than Cheap Models But Still Flawed

They are better than the cheaper Oral B toothbrushes but still not great. The white one has a battery problem and needs to be charged every week, while the black one lasts about two to three weeks before it needs charging. They feel a bit cheap and have some issues, so we plan to upgrade to a more expensive model since we already have two years of replacement heads!

Love my new baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best invention of toothbrush technology. This toothbrush literally does different colors when the right amount of brushing is done & it has an app where you can see where you have brush and where you havent. I love this. The battery lasts a lot! The price is worth it.

This tooth brush becomes a missile!

Brushes good but watch out. If your tooth paste drips on the handle, it is almost impossible to get a good grip on the brush. The finish is stylish but it wants to squirt out of your hand. I have already dropped mine on a ceramic sink. I called Oral-B and was told to wrap the brush with tape. Really?

While the iO 5 has a two-minute timer, it won't shut off after two minutes of brushing; the toothbrush will stutter the vibrations every 30 seconds and pulse them after two minutes of brushing.
