Loses charge too fast

I think I have a lemon. My toothbrush wont stay charged for a full week. I loved it when I first purchased it. Now it isnt worth it. I have to charge it every few days.

We're sorry your brush isn't providing a full week of brushing between charges. We expect our brush to provide approximately 30 minutes of run time when fully charged, and our products go through many quality checks to ensure they perform reliably. We’re sorry if this isn’t the case. We’d like to provide a few troubleshooting tips that may help. Make sure the power outlet you are using is working as it should, and switched on if it is controlled by a power switch. Also, do not charge the toothbrush on a metal surface since the metal can interfere with the charging process. For maximum battery life, we recommend following this routine. (1) Fully charge the handle for the time recommended in the brush manual instructions. (2) Use the brush until it is completely discharged (or close to fully discharged). (3) Repeat. Worth to buy

Better then any I’ve tried before

Cool!

Dreadful—head and wand are way too big

My husband and I bought these to replace those of a different brand. I do not like this toothbrush at all. It’s impossible for me to close my lips over the giant head, so spit runs out of my mouth and down my arm.

Amazingly powerful
