Very flavorful im on a glp 1 and cooking ground beef was unbearable switching to tjis really helped

Being a regular consumer of ground turkey, I thought I would give the ground chicken a try. In my opinion, it's too finely ground which makes it turn into chicken paste when handled and difficult to form into patties that didn't fall apart. Also, in weighing portions to freeze, I found the end weight to be short of the 3 lbs it was supposed to be. I'll stick with turkey.

I buy this at least once a week, it's super affordable and I love that I just dump it in the pan to cook, avoid any prep and touching raw chicken. Can add it to basically anything to up the protein and it doesn't have a strong flavor that overpowers.

I use ground chicken for a few differently recipes and Sam's has it foe a great price.

A good quality product to keep in the freezer, and reasonably priced. Makes healthier burgers and casseroles.
