I either buy Sam's ground turkey or chicken. I really like this ground chicken. It's low fat and a good price. The texture is good, not weird like some ground meats in a tube.

Good base for chicken nuggets and that fun new craze where you season ground meat and roll it out between parchment paper and bake it.

this stuff is great. the 3 lb. package is great as well. you can make a ton of stuff all at once. it also tastes way better and has better texture than some of the other brands.

I've hadn't seen this product in Sam's before but I'm glad they started to carry it. I have an elderly dog with a few remaining teeth and she loves this ground chicken

Very good quality, and reasonably priced (on this purchase). Next time I was at the store, I would have gotten more, but the price went up, so I passed.

I no longer buy ground beef, but use this ground chicken instead. This is lower in fat and cholesterol than ground beef, and does taste great in tacos, meatloaf or just about anything else you would use ground beef for.

Great quality at a great price

I searched with GOOGLED ground chicken BREAST and this came up first and I ordered it. The label does not say breast, but it also does not say DARK. What is dark chicken anyway? Liver, kidney, thighs? It was very fatty and awful, so I threw it away after using a third of it.

Being a regular consumer of ground turkey, I thought I would give the ground chicken a try. In my opinion, it's too finely ground which makes it turn into chicken paste when handled and difficult to form into patties that didn't fall apart. Also, in weighing portions to freeze, I found the end weight to be short of the 3 lbs it was supposed to be. I'll stick with turkey.
