The product dissolves like other collagen products. The various amino acids were not listed, something I tried to find. Very hard to open container.

I have taken this in the past and it works for me. I am happy I can get it in a larger container. My only complaint is that it needs to be sold at Sam’s stores.

There is so many ways you can use this. I put it in my coffee and i make smoothies. My nails are looking so beautiful. They are growing fast and they are harder.
