I have seen a big difference since using this Super Collagen. I got it for my hair, skin, and nails. I drink it once a day in the morning. I usually mix it with water or a smoothie. My skin is looking healthier and is much more softer. My nails are not brittle looking and are growing stronger. I am loving the results especially in my hair because it’s not breaking off as much. I am very happy with this product and I will continue to use it.

I prefer the pills over the powder only because I am messy and tend to make a mess with it. But overall it gets the job done. Can't knock the product due to my clumsiness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used collagen and gelatin supplements for almost a year now, and tried many different brands looking for the perfect one. I love that the Super Collagen Powder mixes easily and completely in my morning coffee. It adds a lovely touch of froth if whipped in, but doesn't change the texture of my coffee and it doesn't turn to a jiggly solid if my coffee gets cold. I think this has really helped the texture of my skin during the drying, cold months. I don't think this collagen has helped my nails at all, but everyone reacts differently to supplements and there could be something else causing my broken nails. Would recommend.

While I cannot speak on the longterm effects since I only had three samples, I can say that the flavor is good. I had some trouble getting all of the powder to dissolve so it was a little chunky which was kind of a turn off. All in all I'm undecided if I would purchase this going forward.
