My hair is much shinier and skin more vibrant. After having my daughter my skin and hair lost it’s lustre! Will definitely be getting another canister!

The powder mixed easily in liquid with no lumps. The flavors I tried were great! I mixed Unflavored with chocolate milk, mixed Vanilla with pay milk, and mixed Raspberry & Lemon with plain water. I liked them all.

I wish the pouch was made for a full size water bottle, not the 6 ounces that it states. When I put it in a water bottle this made the flavor watered down.

The serving size is one scoop and there's about 30 servings in the container. The powder form is easy to consume and great for those that have issues with pills or capsules. The powder is flavorless and mixes well with water and other liquids. It dissolves quickly and doesn't noticeably affect the flavor of things like soups or smoothies. Very easy to incorporate into your daily routine and it's been a positive experience trying this supplement.

I like the powder form because it dissolves really well into my coffee and add a blast of flavor without the extra sugar a syrup or creamer would add. The container it comes in is a good size with several servings in it, one scoop per serving is all you need.
