I mix it in my smoothies and also I sometimes mix it in plain water. I have the unflavored mix so there is no taste to it and it doesn’t alter any of the drinks I may use with it. It mixes really well and dissolves easily. This is a good size container. It’s convenient and easy to store away in the container. I definitely recommend this product.

The berry lemon flavor is so good that I look forward to having this after yoga every morning! It dissolves 100% in water and you can adjust how strong you would like the flavor with how much water you put in it.

I especially enjoyed the vanilla flavor and also enjoyed the fact the the flavorless one was actually flavorless. No funky taste. It dissolved how I imagined it would and better than most powders. The product itself has informative labeling so you can really understand what it does for your body. Will definitely be buying more.

I prefer the pills over the powder only because I am messy and tend to make a mess with it. But overall it gets the job done. Can't knock the product due to my clumsiness.
