[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this is in powder form as it’s so easy to incorporate into my day. I add this powder to my breakfast smoothie. I can barely taste it in there, as it (thankfully) leaves no aftertaste. It mixes better in warm liquids but it works well in the blender, too. It gives a very subtle vanilla flavor, which is perfect for me. And this container will last me a while since I only add 1 scoop. This will definitely be a daily staple in my diet now!

Usually, my skin is horribly dry and my nails brittle. I actually have some nail growth after using this little sample! I'm curious to try more if it had this much of an impact already!

I have to say I was expecting it to be more starchi or grainy but it was smooth to drink. I mix the unflavored with juice I like and did the job. The flavored ones were good nice and sweet.

I then sip it in the morning to start my day. It is easy to mix and tastes really good with a light vanilla flavor to it. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints.
