I have not noticed a significant change in my skin or my hair yet but i have only been using the product for a few weeks.

Mixing powders in drinks is not always a good experience or taste. To my surprise the mixing was flawless and the taste was amazing. It was like drinking flavored water. I am unsure of the long term benefits of this product. I was not too familiar with collagen products before receiving this sample.

I mix it in my smoothies and also I sometimes mix it in plain water. I have the unflavored mix so there is no taste to it and it doesn’t alter any of the drinks I may use with it. It mixes really well and dissolves easily. This is a good size container. It’s convenient and easy to store away in the container. I definitely recommend this product.

When I first received the product I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the product. The powder mixed well in water and it was surprisingly tasty! After I finished the sample packets I went out and purchased a full-size jar of the Berry Lemon flavor and I have seen wonderful results with my nails. I will definitely be repurchasing this product.
