I originally wanted to try it for joint support, but was happy to see it helped with my joints as well as my skin and nails. I am currently using another product and I can say that this does compare closely to my previous. The flavored one is pretty good and the unflavored goes well with many drinks. The flavors were very good and the unflavored had no taste at all and no aftertaste. They are easy to use and easier to take than pills. The only problem I found was that they did not dissolve fully and I had some gummy clumps in my drink. Most did mix in though, but I would like to see it fully dissolve.
