This stuff was a life saver. My body was needing a boost for my nails,hair and skin,it came at the right time in my life. At first i was scared because i get allergic to alot of things,but overall only side effect i had was migraines. I can say after a week i see my skin glowing and nails not so brittle. I take it in a cup of coffee every morning, i really recommend.

I blended it up with my smoothie. And I couldn't taste it at all. I would rather buy these, than those big collagen pills. I can't swallow them anyways. I will say that the flavorless is not really flavorless when mixing with water. It is nice to change it up and get flavors. Super Collagen Powder does work for me, I have seen stronger healthier hair so I would definitely recommend.
