It didn't effect the taste of my coffee but it was a little grainy.

Except the fact that it doesnt dissolve quickly like other collagen powders.

I love this produce. It blends well and goes well with my coffee and tea.

Doesn't mix well with oj or any liquid at all really, chunky...
