At first I thought we needed a spoon but than when I got one I saw that it included one that measures the amount your supposed to drink. It kept me pretty full throughout the day. So I would totally recommend this for someone.

It dissolves very easily into my morning coffee and surprisingly I find it easy to remember to take it every morning by placing the bright container next to my coffee maker. It says it is unflavored and it really is. I do not taste it at all when I add it to my coffee and I do not smell anything either. I would usually find myself mixing my coffee waiting for powders to dissolve, but this dissolves perfectly as it should and does not leave any residue at the bottom. I am also extremely happy this does not contain any artificial flavors or gluten. This is definitely great for my hair and nails as I can clearly see a small difference in the small amount of time I have been using this. I highly recommend this Collagen powder if you are looking for skin, hair, nail and joint support. It really is a great product and does not disappoint.

I do like it and would recommend it based on the taste and ease of use. It is a bit sweet but tasty.

A lot of stuff like the powders you mix have a bad taste or texture but this didn't. I probably would rather just stuck to a tablet or capsule dorm though in the end.

I have not noticed a significant change in my skin or my hair yet but i have only been using the product for a few weeks.

To be honest I've never heard of this brand, but I benefited from the health properties already. The flavor was great and not gridy like I thought, I've recommended the Super Collagen Powder to as many people as I could and they all are curious to try it.
