At 42 I've started to add things in my diet to help with joints, hair, skin and all that jazz. I've been using this for at least 6 months now. My hair was thinning, now much thicker. My joints were aching, now much better. Its definitely improved my deficiencies I was hoping for. My husband also started using it and says his back and knees are much better also. We add it to our coffee and tea every morning. The heat dissolves it into a creamy as addition. No bad taste. Love this collagen.
