If I didn’t know it was in there you wouldn’t know. Doesn’t leave a residual in my cup after I’m done drinking it.

I have been wanting to try a flavored collagen for a while so I was excited to get the French Vanilla flavored Super Collagen by Neocell. First of all, it smells fantastic! It has the most delicious vanilla scent. I added a scoop to my morning coffee. It dissolved almost instantly and left no clumps or cloudiness to my coffee. I added my usual almond milk, sweetener and a splash of half and half. My coffee smelled amazing! Unfortunately, that's about where the great things end. The collagen, while not horrible, did not taste that great. It had a vanilla flavor, but it tasted very artificial. It definitely wasn't the worst thing I've had, and I will continue to use it, but it's not something I would buy again. Maybe I would enjoy other flavors more, but the vanilla is just not for me.

I've only tried a small quantity so maybe that's why it didn't necessarily have the effect that I wanted it to have. Not sure if people really look forward to the taste, but it's nothing repulsive. It actually doesn't taste too bad. I don't know if many similar products do this, but I think that the ability to add the collagen powder to any drink is pretty cool. I also think that it being non-GMO is a plus. My main concerns is that this product has not been approved by the FDA and that it contains sulfite. So be careful if you're allergic.

It is hard to tell from two packets how well it works but I plan to buy more because I have such a need for this product in my life.

It mixes with liquid really well and does not leave any powder clumps or chalky taste behind. Also, it blends beautifully in with smoothies which is how I use it. I received several sample sized packets to try out in my own home and I mixed them with water and juice. The powder is unflavored, grass-fed and gluten-free. It tastes like a mild collagen powder typically tastes like. It dissolved really well in plain water. I would recommend.

I have seen a big difference since using this Super Collagen. I got it for my hair, skin, and nails. I drink it once a day in the morning. I usually mix it with water or a smoothie. My skin is looking healthier and is much more softer. My nails are not brittle looking and are growing stronger. I am loving the results especially in my hair because it’s not breaking off as much. I am very happy with this product and I will continue to use it.
