The smell is exactly like pepperoni too. We give one of these to my dog before we go out as a special treat and she gobbles it up! The packaging is also good- the bag recloses easily keeping the treats nice and fresh.

These were the root cause of repeated seizures in my chihuahua. Turns out they are chock full of garlic and onion. Those are both incredibly toxic to dogs. Poor thing had them several times before I was able to pinpoint a correlation. You'd think a pet food company would be aware of this....or CARE what's in their products.

Well let me just say they was begging every single night. Looking at the cabinet and just waiting for a pupperoni stick! They love treat time. They are little beggers anyway but this is something totally different when it comes to treat time. They're just so happy and everything to have one! I have to limit them to 1 a night!

We keep several different types of treats at any given time, but when THIS specific bag rustles our pup gets especially focused/excited. I love these treats because they're super easy to break into small pieces; I make them as small as possible to ration them out. The bag does a good job of keeping them sealed and fresh.

I bought these for my dog a week ago just to try them out. She was good the first day but the second day I gave her one and she got super sick (and still kind of is) We knows she is allergic to red food dye but on the package the only dye it says is ‘carmel dye’ and ‘added color’. I don't know if there IS red dye in it and it just doesn't say it or there is a different factor playing a role. So if your dog has a weak stomach or stomach issues, I don't suggest using these treats.
