However they were amazingly comfortable and fit just like underwear if not better. I love the way that they were so discreet and they handled leaks very well they didn't leak at all. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves the carefreeness of not having to wear a pad or tampon and the simpleness is just wearing panties.

Always discreet underwear helps with great absorbency and now with the new look and design it’s not like you’re wearing a big adult diaper. While they fit perfect around the waist they did not fully cover my bottom making it very uncomfortable. I wore them for half a nights sleep. I will say they were absorbent but too uncomfortable to keep on a fully night.

You need not worry if walking around with diaper booty in these lol. These are soft, thin, durable and very absorbent. You can laugh hard, sneeze or even hit a bump in the road without fear of having the dreaded leak ruin your outfit or day. These definitely gave you covered. These would also be a great option for heavy bleeders that want to feel more secure on their periods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly didn’t want to post a photo of myself trying these on… Not necessary to give an honest review for Influenster. This 9 pack of Always discreet underwear is a good solution for those with incontinence, post pregnancy, or other leaking issues that don’t want to have insecurities about it looking and feeling like a diaper. I am 5’7.5” and have an ample rear and this XL size would be perfect with women with same build. It has a nice stretch yet bounces back into shape to avoid leakage. Cute design and peach color but honestly who is going to see it? It’s nice that Always kept integrity for potentially embarrassing situations and conditions and incontinence items have come a long way… thankfully. I am a fan of Always in numerous categories…period pads, liners etc and this is another good yet practical item for women.

She said they are comfortable and absorbs well. She buys them all the time, she likes that they do control odor and she doesn't sweat while wearing them. She said she also wears them if she has some where to go and doesn't trust just a pad. So yes... These are awesome according to my DIL review.
