[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve tried the Always underwear before during my pregnancy but never the discreet boutique one.  First off, the design is amazing. Definitely gives you that underwear look and fabric feel along with great protection.  Even when wearing, you will never know that you’re wearing protective underwear. They are super comfortable and I’m definitely a fan. These are also great if you’re going through a pregnancy, postpartum or have a heavy period and don’t want to ruin your underwear.

They are not comfortable, and they make you feel like you are wearing a huge diaper. I do not recommend this product.

As we approach the warmer months having some protection for my embarresing moments and smells are great. Second is I have extreme heavy periods and this provide some extra support to an otherwise uncomfortable time.

My mom is older and has been having some issues but up until now has been refusing to use these. It wasn't until after I used them and she seen that no one could tell you had them on that she decided to try. These are great! Absorbent, comfortable and discreet.

The underwear is high quality having thoughtful construction with the user in mind. The underwear feels silky and its fits well in back to deter leakage. When you have a leak, the underwear's absorbance was impressive.

I wish they were more like the photo on the package instead of essentially just a regular adult diaper with a design printed on them. Where they may be great for someone else they're definitely not for someone like me who just has a small amount of leakage.
