I'm able to wear these under my clothing without it being super obvious that I have them on. I appreciate that, because sometimes it can be a bit embarrassing. They provide a level of protection I need for those occasional leaks when I'm unable to get to the potty quickly.

I used a couple of these this week for spotting and they definitely absorb alot of liquid, the pad is a little bulky and the fit around your private area could be a little tighter. The underwear part is very comfortable, the fit was great on my stomach and the fabric felt nice against the skin. I would definitely keep buying for times when I experience leaking and spotting.

When driving in the middle of no where, having to sneeze or cough can be concerning, and it does not always mean you have to go. If you've had children, you know. Add old age to that and the concern level grows. I love that they feel like a sanitary pad, not bulky at all. Although it is not lace, the design of lace makes them look more like panties, at least it's how I see them. Highly recommend.
