After having issues with my weakened pelvic muscles, I tried different products like pads which were useless when having some accidents. Almost I quit of my favorite physical activities. Then I made the hard decision to wear women's underwear. Then I transitioned from regular men's underwear to protective feminine underwear. The panties are too feminine for me, the bow and flowers make them to look like feminine underwear but they fit nicely when I wear jeans and cargo pants. I put all my men's underwear in the garbage and then I stocked my drawer with always discreet underwear.

She says it feels as comfortable as regular underwear and she hasn't had any issues with leaking or smell. She wears them mostly when she knows she'll be out and about and it may not be easy for her to find a restroom or make it to one in time. Overall these work well.
