After having issues with my weakened pelvic muscles, I tried different products like pads which were useless when having some accidents. Almost I quit of my favorite physical activities. Then I made the hard decision to wear women's underwear. Then I transitioned from regular men's underwear to protective feminine underwear. The panties are too feminine for me, the bow and flowers make them to look like feminine underwear but they fit nicely when I wear jeans and cargo pants. I put all my men's underwear in the garbage and then I stocked my drawer with always discreet underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach I Like the Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear because they provide maximum protection and they are actually pretty with the design print across the front. The secret with this underwear is hidden inside a super-absorbent core that turns liquid to gel to absorb even with your heaviest leaks. There is a curve-hugging feminine design that defines your silhouette and is made of silky-soft fabric with delicate prints. Therefore they look, fit, and feel like real underwear. These are not bulky and have a great fit the only con is these ran a little smaller than the regular Incontinence underwear so mine was a bit small. I recommend giving these a try because they provide maximum protection with a pretty print

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These feel really supportive on, first time trying anything like these. I would like if the padding inside were a little longer in the inside also wider wasn’t sure which way was front or back feels a little to small like a thong almost which makes me feel like it can be accidental prone overnight. With a bigger size I feel that might be a better solution for me.

They work very well and are also very stylish. They are so cute with the little lace looking top. Best of all though is they work. Fantastic at eliminating any embarrassing moments . They are especially nice for long car trips to help you feel protected.
