These are not bulky and have a great fit the only con is these ran a little smaller than the regular Incontinence underwear so mine was a bit small. I do have to say that at first I was worried when I first saw these cuz they looked like a diaper, but after trying them they are actually super sleek & look alot like regular panties under your clothes. They help so much for me as a mom of 3 because I have incontinence issues & it's nice not to have to worry anymore. They keep you dry for up to 12 hours. These are also perfect for heavy flow periods, I use them as overnight protection so I don't have to worry about leaks at night anymore. I will definitely purchase these again.
