[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I got these Discreet underwear for several reasons. One as I've gotten older laughing a little to hard has made for some little messes. As we approach the warmer months having some protection for my embarresing moments and smells are great. Second is I have extreme heavy periods and this provide some extra support to an otherwise uncomfortable time.

There also super absorbent and as advertised pretty discrete. They are reliable with no leaks and beautifully designed to resemble panties. They fit perfectly by hugging my curves but are not constricting. They do have a bit of a stretch to them. If you have thick thighs you may need to size up. It does a good job at keeping me dry and catching any leaks. It does have a very faint but pleasant smell. Overall, I like that it doesn’t appear that I am wearing diapers. These also would work perfectly for post partum! Definitely will purchase!

But they're great for sleep especially if you don't want to sleep in a tampon which I never like doing!! They're comfy and I love the packaging. It's a great invention.

It absorbs well, it is comfortable (especially, to sleep in) and the sizing isn't off. I noticed that it is less bulky and more fitted. The pale pink is a nice choice, in terms of colour. It is lightly scented, which actually doesn't irritate or bother one's senses, especially when sensitive to perfumes. All in all, yes, I would recommend it.

Have loved these for several years for nighttime and occasional daytime urinary incontinence. I wear a clothing size 10-12 and purchase these in S/M and the fit is snug and perfect. I tried the regular white ones - the non Boutique style - in the same size and found the crotch to be about 5 inches wide and it bunched up between my legs. Who has a crotch 5" wide in a size SMALL?? Anyway, loved these and they served me well. I just ordered 3 packages online and they arrived today. Before I even opened the box, there was a stinky, sickly SMELL! I thought maybe the delivery person had worn some rank, oppressive perfume and it got on the box. NO!!! I opened it up and despite the plastic baglike packaging being intact, the STENCH -- sweet, pungent, fetid -- was overpowering!! Ugh!! I agree with the other reviewers -- there is NO REASON for this disgusting perfume in ladies' diapers. I will probably give these packages away, despite there being nothing else truly comparable on the market. I'd rather have bulky, bunched-up diapers than wear ones that make me wretch from the smell.

She has recently started to have Incontinence so I gave her Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach. She loves the look and feel. They are soft and stay snug to your skin for protection. I have used them on the days I run for protection and I can honestly say they are amazing.

They have a sort of fabric feel to them. They hold up very well, and I really like that they aren’t overly thick. You can easily wear regular underwear over them. They’ve been great and I highly recommend them.
