[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a very pretty incontinence underwear. I like that it comes in a peach color with a black lacy trim design on the front. it makes it feel like real underwear. They are easy to wear and has a real fabric deal to it!

If you are on the low end of the weight scale, these may be a bit loose on you. I weigh 132 and these were a great fit for me. They are a bikini type fit, they sit approximately 1inch below my belly button. They weren’t bulky or saggy in the butt. They smooth and form to fit. They are definitely bulkier than just underwear, but if you need leakage protection, they are good. They did not leak…and best of all..they don’t make noise! No one wants a bladder protection product that makes crinkly noise when you walk. These are quiet and do their job.

Underwear is stretchy and very comfortable and not oversized.Absorbency is wonderful and will probably continue to use this product.

They hold adequate amounts of liquid and that gets pulled away from your delicate areas. These are the closest feeling to real underpants I've ever found or used.

They are large enough to offer great protection but also small enough to fit in a small purse . I used these as an overnight solution during my period. I was impressed . No leaks no squeaks . Great fit . True to size I have the large and wear a size 8/10.

If you have to wear incontinence, it is so nice to have pretty ones. You cannot even tell I am wearing them under my clothes. They are very comfortable and super absorbent.

I work in an office and my clothes can’t show that I have anything bulging or padded! I think they are great for others, just not me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hoped that these Always discreet Underwear would be an amazing product. I was disappointed in the fit of the product. Perhaps I needed a smaller size, but the shape did not fit my body like a regular pair of underwear. The absorbent liner was very bulky, compared to the products I currently use. I don’t think I could wear these for an entire day. If needed in the future I would have to look elsewhere for a more comfortable product.
