They are perfect for when you need a little extra protection from leaks while out and about. They are perfect for overnight when it’s that time of the month. With the soft feeling of fabric that you can find on traditional ladies underwear. I especially like the design and color.

Although I don't use such products on a regular basis, I think they should be doing their job as described and give protection to those with an incontinence problem. I am assuming it should be good and also help during, travel when you need to be washing innerwear which can be a waste of time.

The XL is extremely stretchy and works on medium to large sizes as well. We didn't try smaller, but these are nice when someone has limited mobility because of the stretch. The top part is moderately "fabric" like, but the lower part is definitely plastic-y as expected. They are a more elegant option for those that may need them.

I wear a small but it is too big. Why not have just a small size? And a medium size? I have to pull them up to under my bust. Plus the crotch is soooo big. I do not have the problem with leakage on the sides now. I am so disappointed. I tried #6 pads, regular discreet underwear and now these. I'm not that small. I wear a size 5/6 panties. Right now I am out of options and I am at a loss as to what I can do. I have to wear some type of protection.
