Even if you are sick or elderly the smell is so extremely strong I couldn't even try the product. Be aware of allergic reactions could occur due to this. I'm very disappointed that I couldn't even try it and my husband had to put it in a bag for me to take the pictures for my review.

It is somewhat soft, but you can tell it is a paper like product. It is thin, however, so it does feel fitted to your body, and if you wear it with a pair of slacks, it would not be detectable.

The underwear are light and modest, but really seen wearing a pair of jeans or loose pants, but I would not recommend using them while wearing tight fitted clothing like a mini skirt or leggings. I also was not happy with the fit. I am a size medium, but the small- medium size was just a bit too tight. But the next size up i feel would be too loose. Additionally, the padding in the crotch was a bit bulky and uncomfortable. Could be due to the size.

The material is made of a cotton like substance because it felt more like a pair of underwear rather than a protection pad. This leakage protection underpants held up to its purpose. I would definitely recommend this products to other who may suffer from urine leakage and need that extra protection without feeling insecure!
