I wore this all day and did not have any worries about leakage , stood up to the gym and walking also .

As someone who has a weak pelvic floor, I often have leakages when I sneeze or cough. The underwear are thick and absorbent and the material is soft. They are scented so be aware of that if you have fragrance allergy. They do seem to run a bit small. I am a size 10 and these say they fit 2-14. I got them on, but they were snug. Maybe size up to next size if you're at the upper range of the size chart on package. Other than that, great product!

I'm short at 5'3” and they rode high on my back so maybe if your rear end is bigger than mine that's where all the extra fabric comes from. It's not obvious at first which side is the front but it's the side with a pretty little lace design at the top edge which was also a nice touch. I'm a size 2/4 pants and these underwear were size S/M.

You can still tell they're not regular underwear obviously, they're getting better about them. They're soft. Still feel like wearing a diaper but not as bad. Didn't cause any skin irritation.

Even though they are thin there have been no leaks. They are lightly scented, not overpowering, just a nice feminine scent. I do not think anyone would know you are wearing these even in leggings.

They are stretchy too which adds to the comfort. And the tear away sides make it super simple and clean to take them off after an accident but they don't break on their own. The fragrance is a little strong though. I took off a star because the perfume smell was overwhelming. They are super absorbent. I only have little leaks but I imagine they could absorb more liquid if needed.
