It’s super soft and stretchy and comfortable to wear. It works perfectly for minor incontinence and even menstruation even though it’s not advertised for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a postpartum mama, immediately following birth, I think these are a great option that is a step above the hospital undies with the giant postpartum pad. Very recently I had my youngest child, and when I sent my husband to the store looking for something exactly like this, it didn’t exist! My only choices were to get adult depends!! …which wasn’t exactly my vibe, lol! Had these been in store that day, these would have been exactly what I wanted and needed. The concept of having the pad already attached to the undies is ideal, especially because postpartum pads just never stay in place no matter what you do. With this product, the extra little design in the front is a cute addition, perhaps to make you feel a little less like a grown adult in a diaper, standing next to your newborn… also wearing a diaper. **insert comedic relief laughter here** But I think that design should have continued around the back as well. These are also very high waisted, which is ideal postpartum as you just really need that little tummy hug. The inside edge near the pad is also gusseted, I know from years of cloth diapering my babes, that gussets help stop leaks before they destroy clothes, so that’s a nice extra touch for anyone needing heavier protection. The fabric is a little bit soft, as promised, but I think it’s a reach to call it “fabric like” in any way. It feels like a diaper…. Not fabric. It’s also scented…. Heavily. Which is not what I’m personally looking for, but I could understand someone with incontinence desiring that detail. But for me personally, I prefer unscented completely, or at minimum naturally scented since it’s literally touching a very porous, sensitive, area of the body. The packaging has a nice rip top, that can stay like a flap, so you can easily reach in to grab another and then keep the rest well stored and tidy. Most products in the category just rip open and stay open, so that was a thoughtful addition. I was also skeptical that the product would truly fit the size range it states, but sure enough it does fit from the small size, to the medium range, and I think that description is accurate. It’s also not going to be very breathable, and you will sweat behind the synthetic plastic like material, only a natural fabric would breathe. Overall this is a good product, that I would personally purchase tomorrow for postpartum use. But ideally, in my perfect dream land world, I would rather a clean and chemical free version of this product personally. And that kind of product would be what I would give 5 stars. So whilst this product is still good, and useful, and I would indeed buy it, it’s just good enough. Not great.

I enjoy that when I wear them I know I'm fully covered no matter what activities I'm doing. They have a cute look about them and a nice pink peachy color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They function well overall for their intended purpose, but the fit wasn’t quite right for me. I would say they run small. I’m typically a size 12/14 and they just fit (product states L fits sizes 12-20). The scent is pleasant, though I personally would prefer them unscented. The back is cut fairly high. The side seems are visible under clothing, which makes it feel like they should be placed on the inside for a smoother look. Aside from those design details, they perform as expected, but I think there’s room for improvement in the fit and construction of the underwear.

They hold a surprisingly large amount of liquid, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. I also really appreciate the pretty design—it’s nice to have something functional that still looks good. One feature that stood out is the light lavender scent for odor control. It seems a bit strong at first, but once you put them on, it’s barely noticeable and does a great job keeping things fresh. My only downside is that they don’t come up as high in the back as some other brands. That made me a little nervous about potential leaks, although I never actually experienced any. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option.

The band at the top stretches really nice and it's soft against the skin. I had no problem with leakage or irritation while wearing the product. It depends on what article clothing you're wearing if you can tell if it show the underwear.

However, since giving birth to my baby, I often get a rushed sensation of needing to use the toilet when I stand up after sitting for longer periods. It requires a mad dash to the bathroom at times. Thankfully, I've never fully released my bladder elsewhere but it causes stress and anxiety. These Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear come in different size variations & two color options (dependent on size). I received the peach ones & from a distance, they resemble slightly frilly underwear. The closer you get, the more they resemble disposable incontinence underwear & menstrual underwear. The absorbent pad is long & covers a large surface area. The pad itself is a little noisy but the outer part of the item is soft & like fabric. The company states there is an unscented version. This one has fragrance which may be off-putting to some. These are not meant to be used as menstrual panties but imminent unsure why other than the company has a different product for that. Overall, I haven't used it to its full effect but they come in handy if you need a disposable option. Disposable items are often wasteful yet convenient. The company replied to a different review stating they use more sustainable components when making these. They didn't provide proof of this, however, I have yet to research further. If you value convenience with a little style, these may work. If you are looking for more sustainability from a brand, continue to research then make an informed decision to purchase, or not.
