Always discreet panties are not only absolutely adorable but they are incredibly soft and feel like normal underwear! Very breathable and fit nice and snug, with a mild fragrance! Be aware if you're sensitive to fragrance! As someone who experiences bladder leakage when I cough or laugh, these give me the confidence I need to go about my life as normal! Super absorbent and experienced 0 leakage when wearing! They are also comfortable to sleep in if you need some extra protection overnight!

But they were comfortable to wear, although I felt a little self-conscious about the texture showing through my lighter weight pants. I think it takes some getting used to, but if I really think I may develop a problem or have a real genuine need for them, I’m sure The texture will be the least of my concerns.

The material is thin enough and breathable and designed to wear with clothes on without being too chunky. It's not adhering to the skin like some store brand so its comfortable to wear, especially in the summer.

In fact they are so comfortable, I forgot they weren’t real panties. Despite a particularly active day, I was surprised at how fresh I felt (and smelled) without any chaffing. These are not a bulky “diaper”, but there was absorbency to spare. See my picture of the side profile. So slim! Finally a comfortable solution. Tip on sizing. Follow the size chart for a slim, snug fit. If you want something less form fitting, size up.

It’s basically a maxi pad with briefs. The absorbent part is located only where you need it (between the legs) so it’s not obvious through your clothing!
