I used these postpartum. They were more comfortable than the hospital grade pads and I felt more confident wearing them. I did feel like I was wearing a diaper, but it was only for a short time. These felt more like underwear than anything.

It's soft and comfortable. I got it larger thinking it will be small but the sizing is good. This helps with leakage. Sometimes the panty liners are not sufficient. Works good and is so pretty for a disposable underwear.
