[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how these Always Discreet are very sleek and comfortable. I love the design and size of them. They work very well and are perfect for wearing under any clothes.

The fit is very uncomfortable and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the package. That so called lacy look is a faint grey stamp on a basic pair of incontinence underwear. I will never buy these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This underwear is pretty neat. They are comfortable, smell good and arent really noticeable. I was skeptical at first but have to admit i liked the fit of it as well.

I tend to use them because I find I start going before I get my panties down. But i did once have to let myself go in them when I couldn't make it to the ladies room in time, and they totally worked, even with a lot of liquid.
