These were amazing after I had my third baby. I had a csection and these were perfect. They didn't put pressure on my  wound and they came up pretty high. I used these more than the hospital ones because these stayed tight and didn't get loose. My cousin had a baby shortly after me and I bought her some of these and she loved them too ( she had a csection as well) we also call these sexy diapers in my house 😂

They used to be a lot better, in the past year or so the quality and reliability have gone down. Also the change from white to "peach" has caused some unhappiness. Overall they work ok but the absorbency and fit just are not as good as the goodnites XXL we switched to.

These Always Discreet Underwear Boutique Peach fit ok, I had to size up one, are very absorbent, feel like real underwear, and are designed to be pretty and elegant. They are great at controlling odor too. The only downside to these is the fit. They are kind of tight in the belly for me, but that might be because I carry a lot of my weight in my belly and not elsewhere. If I had or sized up one size these would have been perfect.
