I bought these bc I had an all day event and wasn't sure how often I would be able to get to the bathroom- I have a "mom bladder" (six pregnancies will do that), on top of a very heavy flow, and I had a UTI, so I needed extra peace of mind. I'm super embarrassed that I'm in my 30's and need a diaper- so I picked these bc I hoped they would be discreet. The scent is strong enough that I thought I kept getting whiffs of my grandma- so they may be hard to see (as long as you wear high waisted pants), but other people can smell them, too. Even with the scent, it doesn't mask the smell of urine, so you potentially smell like old perfume AND urine. (And UTI urine is even stronger.) Pros: I had to wear white uniform pants for my day long event, I've also worn these with tight leggings and jeans. You couldn't see them through the white pants, you could see panty lines through the leggings, and the only way to tell I was wearing them (other than scent) when I had jeans on was when my hubby swatted my bum. They were a great back up for my period- but that's because it's a heavy flow that's much slower than when you pee Cons: I mentioned the headache causing scent, but also the fit is terrible- (s/m, I'm usually a 10/12 in pants) one leg whole is much tighter than the other and so it rips every time I put them on, they come up a bit higher than my regular jeans, and because of the absorbency (or lack of) I can't recommend these. They are supposed to be maximum incontinence panties, but they don't absorb fast enough if you have full incontinence- even if it's a small amount.

I received these and used them post operative, for piece of mind. The style & design made them not feel like “adult diapers” and a little more youthful. Great product, will buy again.

I like using these during my period or during pregnancy/postpartum. I was a little bummed that they are scented as I prefer unscented, but otherwise would recommend them.
