I enjoy being able to lounge around my house and not have to worry about a uncomfortable pad or tampon . They haven't given me any issues with leaks yet and I have a heavy flow due to PCOS . The ease of just laying in bed at night and not having to put in a pad plus underwear is a major us to me . I throw these on a wear my nightgown and I'm good to go .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from a bladder disease, so I’ve really appreciated trying out the Always Discreet Boutique Underwear over the last few weeks. The main reason I had to rate them 4/5 stars is due to the fragrance of the actual underwear. I could smell them before I opened the plastic packaging, which is helpful for hiding accidents of course, but isn’t great when you’re sensitive to most added fragrances. This underwear is quite discreet, in fact the most of any kind I’ve seen on the market, and it’s definitely the softest of any I’ve ever felt! It also isn’t super bulky, but still has great layering in all the right areas necessary for absorbency. I think these would be useful not for just bladder spills, but for “period undies” too. Overall, for a choice that gives you confidence, helps you stay dry, and looks nearly identical to your panties, Always Discreet Boutique is the way to go.

The underwear is high quality having thoughtful construction with the user in mind. The underwear feels silky and its fits well in back to deter leakage. When you have a leak, the underwear's absorbance was impressive.

Since using these, we have not had any accidents that we've had to clean up with bedding. She has said they're very comfortable, look good under clothing and are effective, the most important factor. They come with lightly scented. The size is not easy to figure out correctly. It had lbs and that component is not helpful in figuring the correct size.

I got the peach color and it has a nice pattern on the waistline. They are very soft and flexible and provide substantial absorption. These would also be great for postpartum use. The nice color and pattern keep you looking pretty while serving its purpose of keeping you dry. Nicely done Always!

These always discreet underwear boutique are cute and very comfortable to wear. They feel as though you are wearing your own underwear. I like that they are breathable and don’t appear to look like a bulky adult pamper under your regular clothing. These underwear fit perfectly and Re sized pretty accurate. Great parody that helps people feel normal again.
