[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Boutique underwear actually work. They look nice with the design at the top and fit well. I’m at the age when sometimes you need a little extra help with bladder leaks. They are not uncomfortable and work well at night.

This TG woman with temporary incontinence needed feminine style briefs/panties that do not leak, absorb alot of pee/poop etc. Always didn’t disappoint me in anyway so far and in fact they made me feel look100% feminine!!! WOW!! I have peed the Front, Middle & Bottom areas and so far no leaks yet!!! WOW!!! As a TG Woman I have worn every type of incontinence briefs etc. including dollar store brands (Cheapest) and they are designed for women to pee directly in the front which causing an issue for me due to the way my genitalia is at this time.When I go often it's no longer an issue because of it's overall absorbency

I got a size large and they are nice and stretchy. They come in a peach color that is perfect under any pants or skirt. I was surprised that they had a light floral fragrance that kept me fresh and clean feeling. These are perfect for everyday use or when you want a little more protection.

However, I do, from time to time wear adult diapers, for when I'm on my period to sleep. My period is heavy, and wearing an adult diaper is much more convenient to me at night because with pads I always leak. With Always discreet underwear, it feels like so comfortable to wear. It fits very nicely, and it's not scratchy and rough on the skin like some other adult diapers. It's also in a very pretty color, so I loved wearing it to bed. It's very absorbant, and I slept very comfortably through the night. I woke up with clean bedsheets!
