[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Incentivized] These Always discreet boutique disposable underwear did not work for me. They do not look or feel like underwear. It's pretty much an adult diaper. I have overactive bladder and thought these would be a good option to wear when I have appointments and need to wait forever without being able to get to the bathroom on time. However, I am 46 and these made me feel like a very old lady. I would much rather wear a thin pad. Maybe I'd reconsider when I am older and can't control my bladder. They are uncomfortable, made me itchy and are pretty thick, which makes me feel hot and sweaty. They look nothing like the front picture. I honestly don't recommend.

They have a cute design although the top so they look more like a pair of underwear. I really like these as they make me feel like I I am not wearing anything except a cute pair of underwear. I will buy these now and would recommend these as well.

They are very absorbent, no leaks and no revealing panty line . Thanks always for a great product!!

When I wore my jeans you could tell I had the on.They hung loosely and this made them very noticeable. I did have the right size for me,just seem so bulky. They did absorb very well.
